Fees, Billing, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Fees may vary, but will be solidified during the initial intake appointment
• Insurance coverage will be verified when deemed appropriate
• Clients are responsible for charges not covered by insurance
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee of $50
