Meet Dr. Kristy Mundon
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Kristy Mundon is the Chief Executive Officer of Autumn Shores Consulting and Family Services. She earned both her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Theology from North Carolina School of Theology and holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Norfolk State University. For more than 24 years, Dr. Mundon has worked with children and families navigating the foster care system, specialized services in public schools, and community-based support programs. She has also worked with adults experiencing mental illness, helping connect them with coordinated wraparound services. Dr. Mundon brings compassion and empathy to her work and finds fulfillment in helping others move toward their goals.
The work is consulting and connection—not a clinic with every service under one roof. The aim is to help people find the right supports and move through systems with more clarity.
